World Boxing Organisation international light middleweight champion, King Davidson Emenogu, will face Egyptian opponent Abdumonem Said in his title defence holding on May 31 in Abuja.
The Egyptian boxer maintains high profile record at the light middleweight category, wining ten out of ten bouts without any career loss.
The WBO officials have reportedly selected the Egyptian to match the Nigerian for size because of his intimidating record.
On his expectation against the Egyptian opponent, Davidson said, "I am not intimidated by his record, all I am concerned about is to be in the right shape for the fight, then everybody will see that I am good to go.
"He has an impressive record, no doubt about that; and the fight is about one month away. I am back in training but I don't want to sound overconfident. All I'm going to say now is that the end will justify the means."
Other bouts expected to light up the occasion include, super middleweight contest between Steve Bendal of the United Kingdom against Isaac Ekpo of Nigeria, while in the middleweight category, Jake Goshing also from the United Kingdom will take on Ayi Ayite from Ghana.
