Nigeria as a country has recorded so many rape cases including the rape of a two-year-old girl by a 30-year-old man. It is true that some of these raped victims are the cause of their rape due to their provocative dressing. At the same time, dressing decently doesn't stop the rapists from carrying out their evil act, but it might just minimise the rate of rape cases as some of the rapists believe that it is the best way to get back at someone for the earlier wrong done to them by the person. The Nigerian Police should learn to handle rape cases more seriously.
