Last year wasn't quite a good year for the former Executive Vice chairman of telecommunications regulatory body, Nigerian Communication Commission. He lost his first and only son, Ernest Jnr.
But the spark he lost due to his bereavement seems to have been restored as a few weeks ago, his daughter, Noella Obianuju, got married in the traditional way to Okechukwu Nwakwesi. The groom is Dr. Mrs. Ify Nwakwesi's son.
The marriage which attracted big wigs in the society including the governor of Anambra State, Dr Peter Obi, was held at Oraifite in Nnewi, Anambra State.
