Stanbic IBTC Bank, a member of Stanbic IBTC Holdings, has unveiled an integrated brand repositioning campaign on how its customers can benefit from a new world of opportunities in banking.
According to the bank, the aim is to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals via actions, products and services that deliver exceptional value.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony in Lagos, the Chief Executive Officer, Stanbic IBTC Holdings, Mrs. Sola David-Borha, said the campaign sought to deepen the bank's presence in the market place.
She said, "A few months after the Stanbic IBTC Group consummated a holding company structure; the bank is poised to deliver a memorable customer experience that is consistent, deliberate and differentiated, one that both delights and surprises."
She emphasised that the group had put in place a highly talented and motivated workforce to connect personally and attend to customers' needs.
