QSR award, proof of customer relations – Sweet Sensation

The Executive Director, Sweet Sensation, Mr. Tunji Kamson, has said its emergence as the Best Quick Service Restaurant of the Year 2012 is a true testimony of the company's special relationship with its customers.

Sweet Sensation had overcome competition from companies spanning all subsectors of the hospitality and tourism industry in West Africa to clinch the title at 3rd edition of the QSR industry awards ceremony, which was held in Lagos recently.

The award, which was presented at a colourful ceremony after weeks of voting for the nominees, was being held in Nigeria for the first time. The previous two editions were held in Accra, Ghana.

After receiving the award, a delighted Kamson, had dedicated it to the company's teeming customers, saying their loyalty and goodwill ensured that Sweet Sensation got enough votes to win the award.

For their part, the organisers, said the process leading up to the award was transparent and the winners deserved the award.

The president of West African Tourism and Hospitality Awards, Mr. Adesoji Asesugba, explained that the award was organised to recognise, celebrate and reward organisations and individuals that have contributed in no small measure to the growth and development of the industry.

Those present at the award ceremony included Senator Ganiyu Solomon and representatives from the Togo and Cote d'lvoire tourism industry.
