The Minister was smartly dressed, bare-footed and full of smiles all the way as she paddled the canoe. It looked more like she went on a tourism visit… I guess madam Minister was on hand for on-the-spot assessment, probably to discuss feedback from the tour at the next Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting…It's Necessary!
