I sell stolen gadgets to the police- Fake Soldier
Oct 5th 2012, 17:16

Samuel Johnson, 22, (picture above) up until his arrest has been parading himself as a military officer. He was arrested and paraded for impersonation by the police at the Police Command Headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos, yesterday.

Johnson confessed that most of the security equipment he allegedly stole or acquired illegally were sold to police officers in various divisions in Lagos. *Coughs* Na wah o.

The suspect was arrested along Lagos-Badagary road while he was wearing a Nigerian Army uniform. Army unifroms and walkie talkies were amongst the items that were recovered from him.

He claimed that his major suppliers are traders at Alaba from whom he buys the equipment and sells to the police officers at cheap prices. He denied selling the items to robbers but that he wears the army uniform to hawk the items at police stations while pretending to be a soldier to safeguard his business.

Now, I don't understand this again o, I didn't know individual police officers allowed to buy security gadgets on their own.
