Encomiums have continued to pour in for Abia Warriors that gained promotion to the premier league recently.
A grass-root scout and owner of SunnyBlack Football Academy, Aba, SunnyBlack Ogbeka has congratulated the head coach of the club, Chijioke Osuagwu and club’s Chairman, Chief Emeka Inyama over the feat.
Abia Warriors joined the elite division cadre two weeks ago after the club whitewashed Akwa Starlets 4-0 at Umuahia.
Ogbeka disclosed that Abia Warriors’ promotion to the premier league will make the people of Abia State to enjoy first class football action from the premier league every week.
“I am happy about the feat recorded by Abia Warriors. It was got after many years of trying. We now have two clubs in the Premier League. It means premier league action will continue to be viewed weekly by our fans,” an elated Ogbeka told SportingLife.
