SHAME: LENKU confirms they have no proof KDF killed 5 TERRORISTS; no bodies – they may have ESCAPED. Sep 30th 2013, 22:54, by Talk Afrika Monday September 30, 2013 - Interior Cabinet Secretary, Joseph Ole Lenku, has confirmed that even though they strongly believe the Kenya Defence Forces killed five terrorists, who attacked the Westgate Shopping Mall, they still have no proof that indeed the five terrorists are dead. Speaking to Citizen TV on Sunday night, Ole Lenku noted that they have no dead bodies of the five terrorists KDF claimed to have killed, but just believe they were killed and their bodies still buried in Westgate debris. "We believe KDF killed 2 in gun fire and the Westgate Building collapsed on the rest after it was bombed down", noted Ole Lenku. At the same time, the Interior Cabinet Secretary noted that in as much as the Westgate Building was completely secured, they can't rule out the possibility that some terrorists escaped because they were smart. "Terrorists are very smart people; they knew and had the building schematics and their movements were very tricky. It is possible that some may have escaped through the tunnel but still not sure", said Lenku.
