In that effect, many Kenyans think that Kiss 100's Caroline Mutoko has a Facebook account (true) and a Twitter account (not true). Her twitter account is fake and she does not own any other social media account apart from her Facebook page. Apparently a man using the twitter account handle @PoLycarpKE owns several parody accounts including the @CarolineMutoko account; check out how he was busted: @PoLycarpKE has multiple accounts.
