Lagos – A grade A Customary Court in Ojo, Lagos, has fixed judgment for next Tuesday in a divorce case between Mr. Kingsley Obikwere and his wife, Christiana.
The wife, Christiana is seeking dissolution of her 17 year old marriage to her estranged husband, Mr. Kingsley Obikwere.
At the last hearing, Kingsley Obikwere, had told the court that they have been having problems in their marriage for the past 11 years, due to his wife's infidelity.
But his wife Christana who initiated the divorce suit, denied the infidelity accusation and alleged that her life was being threatened in the marriage.
