The first daughter of former Head of State and presidential candidate of the Congress for Political Change, Muhammad Buhari, is dead.
The sad event happened this evening after she was delivered of a baby in Kaduna.
Named Zulai, she was a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University.
Confirming the incident, Buhari’s close associate and former FCT minister, Nasir el-Rufai remarked: "May the soul of Zulaihatu, the eldest daughter of General Muhammadu Buhari, rest in perfect peace."
