Let the doctors in the house advice on health implications of this one. Last I checked, it's the morality of it that is the issue. I remember a pastor telling his congregation that it ain't a sin to masturbate, that its what your mind thinks of during the act that is a sin. So in essence, if you can be thinking of solving the million and one problems of this country while doing it, it's perfectly okay and not a sin (talk of pastors of end time). It's not something I will advise anybody to get into whether male or female. It has the tendency to gradually take over your every sexual thought for your husband/wife, before you know it, one starts longing for touching yourself. Gradually your partner becomes 'useless' to you sexually.
I hear some sex therapist say it sexually bond couples when they watch each other masturbate, can't say for sure cos my husband won't even hear of it. He doesn't see any reason why he will be staring at a wet and inviting c*** and still be helping himself. Can't say I disagree with him.
