Should Heavy Duty Vehicles Be Banned From Roads During The Day Sep 20th 2012, 15:42 The rate of roads accidents on Nigerian roads is very alarming and over 50 percent of such accident is caused by one heavy duty vehicle or the other. Am of the opinion that these heavy duty trucks should have time restriction on our roads say 7pm to 6am cos the roads are bad enough and we can't continue to risk our lovely lives. What your opinion?
