The International Director, T.M. Lewin, Mr. Mark Dunhill, said this during the opening of an outlet for the designer in partnership with SmartMark Limited at the City Mall, Onikan, Lagos, according to a statement made available to our correspondent on Tuesday.
He explained that if the customers were satisfied, the business would grow and profit would be maximised.
According to him, the extension of the T.M. Lewin's wears to Nigeria is part of the company's effort to meet the needs of the consumers.
Dunhill said, "The opening of the new store in Lagos this month marks the start of an exciting new era for T.M. Lewin. We look forward bringing our range direct to the doorstep of Nigeria's professional business community. It is a means to satisfy our customers and give them unique experience of T.M. Lewin. Our products are designed with the customers in mind, and that is what every good business manager must do.
"I must tell you that what will be offered in this store is the same thing that is obtainable in our stores in other part of the world. Our customers are essential for our business and we do not joke with them. We manage the brand to grow and that is really giving us a positive acceptance from customers."
The Marketing Communications Manager, SmartMark, Mr.Segun Ogunleye, said the partnership was a strategic decision aimed at exposing Nigerians to a world class brand.
He noted that the store would bring consumers closer to the market, which was an asset for business growth and product acceptance.
Ogunleye said, "We are a strong distributor of fashion and beauty brands in Nigeria and we understand the importance of satisfying the customers. For a brand to gain large acceptance, there must be an easy access to the products it is offering.
