Former Barcelona FC coach Pep Guardiola has been confirmed as the new Bayern Munich football club manager.
Pep will take over in July for a three-year deal.
According to Bayern Munich’s Twitter account, current manager Jupp Heynckes will bow out by the end of this season.
Guardiola steered the amazing Spanish football club Barcelona to 14 trophies in four seasons, and was the youngest man to coach a Champions League winning team.
The news will disappoint Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich, who had reportedly hoped to lure Guardiola to Stamford Bridge with a £15million a year salary.
Gaurdiola is married with three kids, Marius, Maria and Valentina.
