Winners have emerged in the ongoing 25th anniversary promo of Fidelity Bank Plc tagged, 'Cars and Cash Savings Splash'.
A statement by the bank on Tuesday quoted the winner of the Hyundai Accent car, Mr. Chukwunonso Ozor, as saying, "I want to use this opportunity to tell other customers of the bank that the promo is real. I believe that other bank customers would continue to bank with Fidelity and those not doing so will join, because this is real. This is my fourth year of banking with Fidelity, their services are efficient."
The winner of the N1m gift, Mr. Nwanjoku Chima, was also quoted as saying, "What I am seeing here today, I have never seen it before. This is real. I am very grateful to Fidelity Bank."
The bank said two other customers won N500,000 each while eight people won N250,000 each and another set of 10 people went home with N100,000 each.
The statement added that the promo draw was monitored by representatives of the Consumer Protection Commission and the Nigerian Lottery Regulatory Commission.
The Group Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of the bank, Mr. Reginald Ihejiahi, had said that the ongoing promo was not a money-making venture for the bank but was the bank's own way of giving back a little to those who had supported the organisation in its 25 years of operation in the country.
