Chris Brown’s was at the Halloween party last night spotting a Taliban outfit complete with a full turban.
Brown was sporting a string of fake bullets across his chest to attend West Hollywood’s biggest party hosted by who else? Rihanna of-course.
Taliban? How in the world he think about that?
