A Texas high school cross-country coach had an ongoing sexual relationship with a student she was supposed to be mentoring, police said.
Lisa Harroff, 39, is accused of repeatedly meeting up for seedy sex sessions with the 17-year-old boy over a course of several months.
The educator, who also taught math at Neches Independent School District would allegedly drive her underage lover to her home in Palestine, Texas, after school.
But the illicit romance ended last Thursday when the teen told his parents.

Lisa Harroff both taught math and coached track with the Neches Independent School District.
“I’m not clear why he came forward to his guardians, but he was forthcoming with us in the investigation,” said Anderson County Sheriff Greg Taylor.
Cops raided Harroff’s house to take away bundles of physical evidence.
The teacher was arrested and charged with an improper relationship between a teacher and a student. She was booked into the Anderson County Jail, and later posted a $25,000 bond.
