End-time preacher, Pastor Samuel Daniel, of Global Grace Church, in this second series of his exhortation, warns against the traps of the devil. He describes illicit affairs as another weapon in the hand of the enemy designed to destroy the people of God. Excerpts:
Today we want to talk about 'the strange woman' as one of the instruments that Satan is using as the god of this world. The book of 1st Kings 11:1-3 says, "But King Solomon love many strange women together with the daughters of Pharaoh, women of Moabite, Ammonite, Edomite, Zedonian and Hittite of the nations concerning which the Lord said unto the children of Israel ye shall not in to them neither shall they come in onto you for surely they turn away your heart from thy God. Solomon cleaved unto these in love. And he heard 700 wives, princes and 300 concubines. And his wives turned away his heart."
If you read on, you will discover that was why God tour away the Kingdom from him. There are many men in the Bible that women have destroyed. When we talk about women in this context we are not talking about the godly wives or born-again daughters of God. We are not referring to virtuous women. The Bible says he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favour from God.
Adam was the first man that a woman destroyed. Eve deceived Adam to go against the law of God and in the process man fail short of God's glory. The second victim of a woman was Samson. His infatuation for Delilah altered the course of his glorious destiny. Ahab was also pulled down from his by Jezebel, his strange wife. Another King that became casualty due to his unquenchable taste for pretty women is King David. Because of his illicit association with a woman King David killed the woman's husband and married Uriah's wife. That shows the extent some men can go when they are overcome by the desire to take possession of a woman. David had to kill one of his best fighters just to get his wife, Beersheba.
There are many people today who the enemy has led astray because of their desire to take anything on skirt. I do not want to cite examples with today's men of God. But I will use Biblical men of God as examples; because the bible says that all these things are giving to us for example so that we may not err just as they did. The Bible says in the book of Proverbs 6:24, "To keep thee from the evil woman, from the flattering tongue of the strange woman; lust not after her beauty in thy heart neither let her take thee by her eyelid for by the means of woerish woman a man is brought to peace of grain. An adulterer will hunt for thy precious life."
Thy precious life, you destiny, your carrier is what those strange women are after. Reading on: "can a man take a fire in his bosom and his cloth not be burnt? Can one go up upon hot coal and his feet not be burnt? So he that goeth in to his neighbour's wife, whosoever touchet her shall not be innocent" Anybody that does that, maybe when your neighbor goes to work you go in and deceive his wife and mess her up; Bible say you are matching on hot coal. And whosoever match on hot coal will have his feet burnt and that same cannot be innocent. Any man that goes into another man's wife is a thief, if he is caught would be punished.
The bible portion continues: "But if he be found he shall restore sevenfold. He shall give all the substance of his house. But whosoever committed adultery with a woman lacked understanding; he that doeth it destroys his own soul." Bible is warning us today that Satan the devil has armed itself with three weapons namely money, woman and firm to derail and destroy the Children of God. Today these weapons reign as gods of this world. Beware.
