The guys who posted the video on Youtube say the victim in this video, who was stripped naked and beaten up by South African police, is a Nigerian citizen but I have no way of confirming this. But whether Nigerian or not, how do you treat anyone this way? They say this happened yesterday Friday March 7th. They were actually hitting his balls...watch!
