Bayelsa State Government Honours Abacha Eldest Son With The Highest Title In Ijaw Land Oct 3rd 2012, 16:12 THE Bayelsa State Government yesterday honoured Mohammed Abachawith the highest title in Ijaw land. Mohammed Abacha is the eldest surviving son of  former military dictator the late General Sani Abacha.
